Thanks to the amazing AWS community, the results are in for the annual Answers for AWS survey. With three years of data, the trends are interesting to see.

Let's start with the winners:

• Simple Notification Service (SNS) is the most loved AWS service with an overall positive/negative split of 96% 🎉.
• GitHub Actions wins every metric in the CI/CD category for the second year in a row!
• OpenAI retains the top usage spot in AI & Machine Learning category, but it is Anthropic who tops retention.
• Serverless Framework regains the top spot in the serverless category, beating out AWS SAM and CDK.
